According to local tradition, this land was blessed by Archangel Michael, whose miraculous icon emerged from the sea and chose Spatharei as its sacred home. After more than 70 years of silence and near-forgotten existence, Samos Untold rediscovered and traced this historic trail, bringing it back into the light as part of the island’s cultural and natural heritage.
