Once a forgotten shell of stone and silence, now reborn as a stage for fleeting wonder. Hidden in the mountain village, The Ruin opens its doors only twenty nights a year. Under a roof of stars, within ancient walls alive with climbing vines and the breath of centuries, world-renowned chefs are flown in to craft a dining experience unlike any other.

Here, fine dining unfolds in an open kitchen, where fire and flavor echo against the stone. Guests sit beneath the night sky, surrounded by history, watching as each dish is created before them – ephemeral, intimate, extraordinary.
